To someone special

I had so many must-to-do- things yesterday, that I was getting nervous how to find time to scrap... Maybe I have to include it to our daily program. ;)
Anyway in the very late night hours I made a card to Eemil's (girl)friend. Telling the truth I didn't sleep well, because something in that card was bothering me. First thing in the morning I added those tiny daisies there and now it looks a lot of more balanced. What makes things crazy, is that three years old girl who'll receive this card, doesn't know (and care) anything about how balanced it is.

New generation...

Here is what my sons made for DCM:s 20/20 dare. I think the one from Oskari nine years old, is very nice. They made these cards for grandma who has hurt her back.

20/20

This dare was exiting. In this card we have 20 flowers, 20 hearts, 20 stitched lines, 20 mini daisies... This was so much fun doing this and also my son got interested; I believe tomorrow you'll see one from him also!

DCM card

This one I made for DCM. I think this one can be given almost any age of man. (Perhaps kids won't be too happy to get card like this)

Oscar

Here is an other frame I made with the same style as the one shown before.

I was cute...

I was so cute about 40 years ago! I made this wooden frame by gluing two different size IKEA frame together. After covering it with paper and adding an embellishment I remembered this photo taken me as a baby; and it fits perfect here!

Flowers

I've been busy last night... I made couple of frames and embellished them. Photos will be here as soon as the finishing spray gets dry. I also made a card using the flowers I bought yesterday. Now I'm going to work with DCM dare. See you soon!

My xyron

I got today my xyron laminator! It's not difficult to guess who's gonna scrap tonight. I'm already wondering how I've managed to do anything before. I also made a trip to Tiimari (a kind of craft store)and found very cheap red flowers from there; with one euro I got ten (!) cute little flowers. I bought also some wooden embellishments; trains and animals. Let's see, I think I'll have a lot to show you tomorrow.

Something new

As I told, I took some lessons about scrapbooking. I made this project there and got a lot of new ideas.

Doll's costume

My dearest friend just started studies to be a nurse and tomorrow she is having party for us who still keep working in the place she also used to. I was getting crazy because I wanted to make present to her by myself but had zero ideas! Suddenly last night I woke up and had it clear in my mind: NURSES COSTUME to her dear doll who has been naked almost thirty years. In the end I made also a skirt, trousers and a shirt and I can't wait to see her face when she opens her present. Now I only have to make a card and a nice little box for my present...

Cold Beauty

Here is my weather report. I'm wondering if I have the coldest one...

Weather report

As I told you yesterday we have quite exiting weather out here. Last night it has been almost -30'C (-22'F)! In eastern Finland and in Lapland it has been even colder, over (or shall I say under?) -40'C! So this Weeks extra dare is just perfect for me.
Now I only have to put ALL my clothes on and go outside to do some photographing for my card.

Shoping

We went to local craft store with my mum. Actually she gave me ride, because I don't have car, and it is terrible could out here now; -23'C! My mum isn't crafty person at all, so she didn't have any interest in "my wonderland". Can you believe it, there is also peoples like that! The point is, that she was so miserable that even I couldn't enjoy my shopping as always, and when I came home again I realised that I didn't have even half of the things I suppose to buy.

Today I'm going to take some lessons in local craft school. The lessons are about scrapbooking and I'm anxious to get some new ideas.

Big Brother

At the very early morning hours the big brother founded the card I made about little one yesterday. He wanted me to do one about him too; and IMIDYATELY! Hmm... now at least he´ll let me to scrap. (And I don´t have to tell him that I would have made one anyway...) You´ll see it later.
First I´m looking for time to finish the project I started last night. This is how it looked before I started.

I love sweets, all kind of sweets, chocolate, ice-cream, biscuits...

Here is mine for this weeks dare. There is my younger son, who is real culinarist. He doesn`t love only sweeties, but also shrimps, brie cheese, salomon (even uncooked!) ect. This card will be sent to his godmother (I hope this is right word?) who is also a very special friend of mine.
